We build the digital solutions of tomorrow

We are 38 digital experts, who love our craft and with great knowledge within strategy, analysis, design and development. We're small enough to be personal and engaged, but big enough to tackle complex projects.

Working together can sound obvious, and has become a bit of a cliché. But we take it seriously. We work in teams, and this means that we need team players with a team mindset. No-one is left hanging, and clients are invited in early in our processes. This is why we spend a lot of time on personal development and the agency's way-of-work.

We design and build websites, apps, intranets and e-commerce solutions. But we also work with business development and innovation. We break new ground and are very proud of doing it since 1999 for clients such as Casall, Houdini, Vålamagasinet, Lifebutikerna, Polygon, Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan, Bemz, Audi Stockholm and Sony Music.


Cloud Nine's philosophy

Do you love going to work? That's the only relevant question. At Cloud Nine we have a great balance between experience and curiosity, knowledge and imagination.

We beleive in a relaxed atmosphere, teamwork, cooperation and open communication. We challenge and encourage each other. To build a great team, personality and attitude are as important as merits.

What can we offer you?

We make every effort to make our colleagues enjoy their time at Cloud Nine - and develop. If we enjoy working and have fun while doing it, our projects will be more successful for our clients. Fun projects are of course important, but we also build a great culture in other ways.

  • Personal development

    It's vital for us to be on the cutting edge when it comes to tech and UX. That's why we encourage every individual in their development. Every employee therefore has a yearly allowance for activities that build his or her competence.

  • Activities

    At Cloud Nine, there are activities to suit most people. Tennis, running, video games, friday cocktails and karaoke are a few examples. Some of us do them all and others more rarely. Every 2 years we make an agency trip. Last time, we all went to Budapest.

  • Code nights, quizzes and seminars

    Once a week, all our developers meet for a lunchtime seminar where some new, hot technology or an exciting project is presented by one of the participants. At least once every six months, we hold a Code Quiz at a pub. These are popular events, where we also invite guests from other companies. Sometimes developers stay on after work and code just for fun over a pizza and a few beers.

The voice of the people

My strength as a team lead is that I really care a lot about the people in my team. I try to ensure that they have (fun) projects that help them to develop and that they achieve a good work/life balance. We have an open-minded atmosphere and I hope and trust that everyone feels free to bring up any subject.
